Solvent yellow 114 is a yellow oil solvent dye with green tone. It has excellent heat resistance, light resistance, high coloring power and bright color. This dye will not seep into other media. It is very suitable for daily necessities, food packaging and children’s colored plastic toys.
Unlike pigments, the dissolution of transparent yellow G is achieved by losing its crystal structure and becoming the molecular chain of the polymer during the processing of plastic polymers. It is suitable for high temperature and high pressure dyeing, normal temperature dyeing and normal temperature carrier dyeing or printing. It has good levelness and light fastness up to grade 6 ∼ 7. It can be dyed in monochrome, or with disperse blue 2BLN or disperse turquiose blue s-gl. It can also be dyed in gray, coffee and other colors. It can also be used for dyeing diacetate fiber, triacetate fiber, nylon, acrylic fiber and so on.
Application:It is used for coloring oil, paint, ink, smoke dye, all kinds of plastics, resins, waxes, polyester fiber dyeing.Suitable for high temperature and high pressure dyeing, room temperature dyeing and high temperature carrier dyeing or printing with good levelness.
