Property: Direct Blue 199 is Copper phthalocyanine type direct dye.
Firstly, copper phthalocyanine reacts with chlorosulfonic acid, then sulfoxide chloride is added, and the product of partial sulfonation and chlorosulfonation of copper phthalocyanine is obtained by heating. Then sodium bicarbonate, ammonia and sodium hydroxide aqueous solutions are added successively to complete the neutralization process to obtain the product.
The finished product is obtained by salting out, filtering, drying and crushing. Add 100g chlorosulfonic acid into the reaction bottle, raise the temperature to 50 ℃, slowly add 20g copper phthalocyanine chemical book under stirring, continue the reaction for 1h, then raise the temperature to 100 ℃ and continue the reaction for 12h, and add an appropriate amount of dried sodium chloride. When the reaction reaches the end point, pour the reaction solution into ice water, filter and wash with ice water.
Then put the filter cake into ammonia water for beating, react at 20 ℃ for 1h, raise the temperature to 50 ℃ for 2h, properly add sodium carbonate to keep pH = 8-9, and vacuum dry at 80 ℃ after the reaction.
Application: It is used for dyeing cotton and viscose fibers, as well as hemp, silk and nylon.The color of direct blue 199 is bright and has high color fastness.
